Requirements
- Your New Homes America
New
Home Specialist must register or pre-register your name with
the builder either before or at the time of your first visit to the
builder sales office.
- Your New Homes America
New
Home Specialist must be present at time of contract writing, or
have made prior arrangements with builder.
- A New Home Real Estate Rebate can not apply if a 3rd party relocation company is collecting
a referral fee from New Homes America on your behalf.
- A New Home Real Estate Rebate is only available on homes purchased in the Metro Atlanta
area.
- A New Home Real Estate Rebate is available only to buyers who close using a New Homes
America New Home Specialist as their sole and exclusive buyer's agent in
the purchase of real estate.
- Method of rebate dispersal subject to builder requirements.
